The Geovan vibrating wire signal meter is designed for use with all vibrating wire sensors. Modes A to F are designed for use with specific vibrating wire measuring devices, and readings are displayed directly as microscopic strain, frequency squared, or cycles.
A convenient feature of the Geovan Indicator is the ability to read the 3K thermistor encapsulated inside most vibrating wire sensors and display a temperature reading.
